What are we looking for?
We are looking for passionate, innovative, and driven people who want to be part of our growing company. We are actively expanding our Ticket Strategy & Client Service team and are looking for a Ticket Strategy & Client Service Intern to assist with implementing pricing strategies, tracking and reporting data insights, and helping to maintain and improve key partner relationships.
What would you do?
- Assist with the research and analysis of online marketplaces, primary/secondary ticket sales and listing data, consumer shopping, and content provider or event information
- Prepare data and reports to distribute to internal stakeholders
- Support the Ticket Strategy & Client Service team in delivering strategic and consultative solutions to drive results and serve client business needs
- Measure and compellingly demonstrate successes via data-driven intelligence
- Assist with other departments (Operations, Data Science, or Finance) as needs dictate
What is required to succeed?
- Pursuit of bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.)
- Previous experience or internship in an analytical and service-oriented role in technology, sports, financial services, or related industry is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Data Visualization software and SQL is a plus
- Analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to convey information in a clear and understandable manner, via phone and in writing
- Enthusiasm for live sports and entertainment
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of self-motivation and being proactive in seeking out opportunities to assist the team
- Must be able to thrive in a team environment
