What would you do?
- Build relationships with Athletic Departments at Universities with a focus on those in “the power five” conferences.
- Set introductory exploratory phone meetings before seeing the prospective university in person
- Build relationships based on trust and delivering repeat value
- Achieve and exceed annual goals based on a matrix of new accounts, overall revenue, and total profitability
- Have a focus on growing current relationships by uncovering new opportunities
- Provide superior customer service that leads to strong referrals

- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
- Strong desire to communicate the “value add” Eventellect delivers to its partners
- Excellent communicator with a strong ability to convey and respond to requests for information in a clear and understandable manner, via phone and in writing
- Be able to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunities
- Maintain a flexible work schedule with a willingness to travel over 50% of the time depending on the time of year
- Proficiency with MS Excel and strong computer skills
- Effectiveness in performing and managing assignments to meet goals within established guidelines and deadlines
- Enthusiasm for sports and live events
- Solid command of basic business principles
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of personal enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Ability to adapt and collaborate in a competitive and evolving environment
- Drive for results
- Must be able to thrive in a team environment, build rapport and influence peers
What is required to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in ticket sales
