Partnerships Coordinator

Who is EVENTELLECT?
Eventellect is the go-to partner for data-conscious sports and entertainment executives seeking to optimize ticket yield, revenue, and brand equity. We manage ticket inventory in real time across multiple online sales channels via our proprietary software platform, market trend analysis, and pricing algorithms. We create value for our various partners through our custom ticket management solutions.

​What are we looking for?
We are looking for passionate, innovative, and driven people who want to be part of our growing company. We are actively expanding our partnerships team, and we are looking for a partnerships coordinator who will be responsible for learning and implementing strategies employed by Eventellect to service teams and content rights holders. These strategies include (but are not limited to) data reporting, event-specific consultation, and general account management. The role will also involve supporting the day-to-day needs of the Account Managers and company Co-Founder, such as coordinating meetings and other customer touchpoints.


What would you do?
  • Basic Data Reporting
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to help the Eventellect partnerships team with basic data projects during certain busier periods of the year
  • Ability to read basic reports and identify trends that can be highlighted and relayed to partner teams and entertainment companies
  • Department and Company Organization
  • Manage the internal department meeting calendar
  • Coordinate distribution of key marketing materials to partners
  • Oversee the deal “pipeline” report and share with Eventellect’s leadership team
  • Data entry and management of CRM system
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Track and share weekly news clippings with Eventellect’s leadership team
  • Monitor email offers and social media channels identifying and building a library of best practices and creative marketing ideas from teams and content rights holders
  • Client / Vendor Management
  • Assist with Sponsorship and Vendor Relations at key industry events and conferences
  • Help manage relationships with outside vendors and sponsors


What is required to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant internship or job experience preferred
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Tableau, CRM Software, Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Prioritization and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
