Security at Eventellect
Security is a priority in everything we build at Eventellect, and we value the researchers who help us keep our systems and our customers' data safe. If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability affecting Eventellect, please report it to security@eventellect.com; we will acknowledge your report promptly.
To help us validate and resolve the issue quickly, include the affected URL or service, a description of the vulnerability, the steps to reproduce it, and any other information that would help us understand its impact.
We ask that you act in good faith while investigating: access only the data necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability, without downloading, modifying, or retaining it; avoid testing that could disrupt or degrade our services; and keep your findings confidential, allowing us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and remediate before any public or third-party disclosure.
Our security program is independently validated: Eventellect maintains a SOC 2 Type II attestation of its security controls. Customers and stakeholders can review our security and compliance posture, and request access to our SOC 2 Type II report, through our Trust Center.
Eventellect does not currently operate a formal bug bounty program. At our discretion, we may offer recognition or a reward for reports of significant, previously unknown vulnerabilities.
