What would you do?
- Evaluate and resolve unique challenges to maintain ticket inventory during all stages of its lifecycle. Our application includes pricing algorithms and data analytics, automated tools to fulfill ticket orders, and services to share data across all layers.
- Participate in planning and design sessions to architect new application modules based on user requirements
- Serve as “hands on” Team Lead to develop new application modules while also delegating and managing the work of other developers
- Build, test, and deploy new components for our proprietary application covering the full stack from WPF desktop client to REST APIs –
- Work with other team members to integrate new components into a larger software system. Our environment is highly collaborative, so we expect you to share your ideas and learn from others as part of your day-to-day work.
- Work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We typically release enhancements and new components on a bi-weekly basis to solve new business problems and keep up with the technical changes in the ticket industry.
- Produce well-designed, testable, and efficient code and documentation.
- Perform unit and integration testing prior to deployment

- Proven experience delegating or managing work for team of developers
- Proven experience as a software developer creating technical solutions for complex challenges
- In-depth knowledge of full stack development for diverse platforms, especially in a service-oriented architecture
- Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and productive team player
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
What is required to succeed?
- BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST, WCF, etc.)
- Experience designing and implementing back-end and middle tier services
- Proficient in object-oriented programming languages, particularly C#
- Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), MVVM Pattern, or ASP.Net MVC
- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills
What else would be nice to have?
- Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium
- Experience with web crawling/scraping
- Experience with creating Web APIs and/or API integrations
- Web development experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Xamarin, or Angular
